Just remember how you feel now next time you want to binge. It is also even more important to not deprive yourself of things you crave. Just have them in moderation and make sure your eating clean the rest of the time. Its ok to make mistakes just learn from them and don’t beat yourself up about it! Keep your head up and a smile on. YOU CAN DO IT :)
